DCS Centralized Monitoring Control System Central Control Room Central Control Room in cement plant can control and monitor all
equipments, controlling parameters and return circuit from raw
material blending to clinker storage and delivery and managing and
operating in all workshop. Set operator station, report printer and
alarm printer in control room. In order to programme and maintain
software, set engineer work station and printer in central control
room. Pc system has conecting communication interface with other
system to improve managing capacity. Field Control Station（FCS） The controlling area has been divided into raw material grinding,
controlling station of kiln tail, burning controlling station of
kiln tail and burning controlling station of kiln head acc. to
production process. Each central processing unit, I/O interface
module and cabinet was put in workshop which are connected with
central controlling room by internet to constitute integrated
computer controlling system. |
